I have found the best anti depressant is good food, good company, a consistent workout routine and nature. All of my workouts can be done outdoors or even at home so it's accessible to everyone. It is so crucial for your mental wellbeing and physical wellbeing to get moving every single day, even if it's just a 20 minute walk 4 times a week. You are better off doing a steady workout that you can maintain 4x's a week then do a crazy workout once in a while . Consistency is key!

Here are my tips for getting back on track.....
  • Don't be hard on yourself and put yourself through calorie restriction and crazy workouts. We are all human and we all deserve to let loose sometimes.

  • Just get back to your normal eating habits and get back to moving and being active daily.

  • Don't over think all the bad things you've eaten (who cares you ate 3 pieces of cake, move on) don't have the attitude that you've already ruined your healthy habits and go on a sugar and treats rampage.

  • Listen to your body, normally when i eat junk it's because i'm run down and i need to take a break. 

  • Find fresh motivation, to be a healthier happier you. Try new recipes and new workout routines.
