The protein explosion 

 Ingredients:

  • 1 can drained chickpea's

  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein 

  • 2 table spoons almond flour 

  • 2 table spoons maple syrup  

  • half a cup vegan choc chips

  • 3 table spoons peanut butter (i used cocoa peanut butter)

  • cocoa nibs

Method: 

Chuck all the ingredients aside from the choc chips into a food processor for a minute or so (until it becomes a ball of dough) Then add a table spoon of cocoa nibs and a table spoon of the chocolate chips  into the mix and roll dough into small balls, mine made 7 but roll smaller balls if you want more. Put your chocolate in the microwave. Once the chocolate is melted dip each ball into the bowl and cover in chocolate. Freeze for 15 minutes and they will be ready.
