1 table spoon vanilla protien powder ( i use pea protien powder)
1 table spoon peanutbutter
half a banana
1 tea spoon chai seeds
1 tea spoon hemp seeds
Add your oats, milk and protien powder into a bowl and stir. Put bowl into microwave for a minute and a half. Then take it out and add in your chai seeds and hemp seeds. Chop up your banana and add in with blueberries (you can use any fruit you like, strawberries are amazing too) Add your peanutbutter in and drizzle your maple syrup over the top.
