"Fruit is nature's candy"
Hello everyone, i'm going to give you a little insight into how i start my mornings. First thing i do when i wake up is drink a litre of water (sometimes with lemon). Your metabolic rate increases about 25% by drinking water on an empty stomach. This also aids in faster digestion. :) most days i begin my mornings with a smoothie i do this because smoothie's don't bloat me and they keep me full up to lunch. A little banana tip, i always wait for my bananas to be really ripe then freeze them, this makes them taste sweeter. Here's some of my favourite recipes, i hope you all enjoy them as much as i do. :) All of the smoothies make for 1 person but just add extra ingredients if it's for more.
