The nutty brownie 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw almonds

  • 1 cup raw walnuts 

  • 8 midjool dates 

  • 1/2 of cocoa powder 

  • half a tin of chickpeas 

  • 1 table spoon cocoa nibs

  • 1 cup dairy free chocolate 

Method:

In a food processor add in the almonds and the walnuts and blend until smooth, then add in the cocoa and put aside into a bowl. Then in the food processor blend all the dates (take the seeds out) after that add back in the nuts  and blend with dates. Drain your chickpeas and also add into the food processor. Line a cake tray with baking paper and add in the mix, spread evenly and push it all down evenly. Melt your vegan choc and pour evenly over, sprinkle over your cocoa nibs and freeze for 20 minutes
