Toast inspiration 

Toast number one

  • 1 table spoon peanutbutter 

  • a slice of wholemeal bread

  • half an apple 

  • a pinch of cinnamon 

  • 1 slice of bread 

Toast your bread, then add on the peanutbutter, half a chopped up apple and a pinch of cinnamon. 

Toast number two

  • half an avocado

  • a slice of wholemeal bread 

  • a teaspoon of nutritional yeast

  • a squeeze of lemon 

  • a pinch of paprika 

  • a spread of vegemite (optional)

Toast your bread, then spread on vegemite, your chopped up avocado, squeeze of lemon then sprinkle nutritional yeast and paprika to finish. 

Toast number three 

  • a table spoon of pesto (i used homemade)

  • a slice of wholemeal bread

  • a teaspoon of pine nuts 

  • 1/4 cup of chickpeas 

  • a table spoon of bbq sauce

Add chickpea's to a pan with your bbq sauce and let cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat. Then toast your bread, add your pesto to your toast. When chickpea's are ready add them on top of your pesto with the pine nuts and your toast is ready.

Toast number 4 

  • half a banana 

  • a slice of wholemeal bread

  • a table spoon of maple syrup 

  • a handful of almonds

  • a handful of dairy free choc buttons

Toast your bread, then add your chopped up banana to it. Add in your almonds and choc buttons then drizzle your maple syrup over the top.
